Mariela Mazza

My name is Mariela. My father chose it for me 44 years ago.

I have lived in two countries and four different cities. I love this world and everything that inhabits it, with all its lights and shadows.

I am the mother of a lovely adolescent who teaches me and forces me to update myself every day. I have raised a woman of free thought and that sometimes, as a mother, is difficult to sustain. I have been in a relationship for 23 years; we are like night and day. Even so, I would sign up right now to spend a thousand more lives by his side.

I have a strong body inherited from my grandparents, brave beings who crossed oceans, lived through wars and founded families. Their experiences nest in me as a reminder that nothing is impossible.

The wrinkles on my face remind me of how many times I laughed, how many times the sun shone on me. They remind me that I am still here, alive and creating my life.

I love writing, telling stories. From a very young age writing was an indispensable  form of expression for me.

Many years ago, Meditation and Mindfulness changed my life. They are not only part of my daily routine, but they are the solid and stable base where my professional practice unfolds.

I am a Transpersonal Therapist. I have been accompanying people in their opening and growth processes for more than 10 years. I believe that the more we know ourselves, the more possibilities we have to manage our lives in full awareness of our resources.

I am fully convinced Love heals, as long as there is no compass more precise than our heart.

I am the creator of Estimavirtual, a virtual platform for personal growth and the author of “Owl, an adventure of awakening”. A great little book that talks about the cycles of life and how our wounds become our greatest strength.

And, above all, I am a Woman with all that that encompasses.
