In my 76 years of running around the Sun, 51 of them have been deep-diving into the world of perception. Everything is energy. Everything. We are such multi-dimensional Beings, and, our bodies are information-full to help us navigate through the layers of Consciousness. Our bodies give us direct information in every moment when we learn to consciously communicate with them. That is another delicious consciousness adventure!
I facilitate people out-of-the-box of polarities using the tools of consciousness for more awareness. I am supportive, nurturing and beat the drum of ‘? questions?’ for the clearing of mis-qualified energies dropping away!
Living in the deep dive of life and unloading the baggage that doesn’t allow you to expand (because it doesn’t belong to YOU) will leave you lighter, clearer, more creative, abundantly supplied and excited to be alive and riding the waves of change ~ no matter what it looks like out there!
My journey in energy work started to fly in 1972. I was a pioneer in those days in the Midwest USA. Practicing and teaching yoga, pranayama, meditation, breathwork, and bodywork in my 20’s categorized me as weird. Now, there are more and more “weirdos”. If you are reading this, I suspect you are ready to BE You and express your weirdo superpowers in the world or potentize them more than you ever have before!
I left Indiana, USA in 2003 and joined a friend in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia to open Taksu Spa and Galleria, and I am still here. I have facilitated classes in the USA, Indonesia, Shanghai and Beijing. I am nourished in nature and by friendships of creative genius and fur babies of all kinds.
