At first, I thought it was my new prescription for one contact lens to focus on distance and one to focus on seeing the computer screen. But my balance was changing. I did not notice this while doing everyday activities, but I did notice a new wobble while trying to balance on the ball of my foot when standing on one leg. Dancers require excellent balance for every aspect of their art. When my pirouettes became less confident, I began to seek out a solution beyond my contact lens experiment.
Did you know that in addition to our physical bodies, we have energy entities? Maintaining balance in an energy body is an important factor in emitting positive energy, experiencing a sense of well-being, and being in a good mood.
For several years, rest was not one of my priorities. Beginning perimenopause, when my children were still young, I studied at night. I was pursuing a career that would allow me to work from home. I was sleeping less than 6 hours a day and eventually this had consequences on my health.
The typical discomforts or pains in the menopause are pain regarding the menstrual cycle, weight gain, heat waves, heart palpitations, insomnia, mood swings, vaginal dryness, incontinence or bladder problems, loss of libido, joint pain, hair and skin problems, osteoporosis, bleedings, and depression.
