How do you breathe?
Let them tell us we do not know how to breathe properly … Please, we have been doing it since we were brought into the world! It’s not something that requires study, is it? Well, it does.
Sleep! One of the joys of life. Restful sleep is essential to being able to function well during the day. We all know the consequences of a bad night and trying to drag ourselves through the next day’s chores. This is something we must avoid.
An emotional detox is probably the best thing you can do for your health. In the short-term, it relieves stress, improves sleep quality, strengthens your immune system and helps you cope better with life. In the long-term it could prevent life-threatening diseases from developing. What is more, it is simple to do, and you don’t have to give up coffee, chocolate or your evening glass of wine!
A major symptom of menopause is headache. Menopausal headaches are mainly due to hormonal changes but I believe over thinking can also be one of the causes.
