In thinking about my life over the last decade I’ve found myself seriously reconsidering the old fashioned, uncomfortable term “change of life”. I believe that a person can change their life, sometimes subtly and gradually, and sometimes more drastically.

In these moments when everything changes and we feel our life and its circumstances are no longer in our control, it is necessary to create new resources to be able to calmly face crises and transform them into opportunities for growth.
We are born into a family, a lineage, a city, a country – a vast web of the living and of ancestors who have passed. Placed within this cocoon of connection and intimacy, you’d think we ought to feel secure, safe and loved – that we belong.
