We all know menopause is the cessation of the menstrual cycle, which is in turn almost identical to that of the moon’s cycle.
During menopause, some women may experience hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood swings, anxiety, stress, fatigue, muscle and joint pain, osteoporosis, or heart disease, among other discomforts. Stress is known to trigger some of the common menopausal disorders.
Today I want to share with you some rituals that make me feel like the goddess that I am. They are very easy to follow, and I am sure they will reconnect you with your inner goddess, the one who loves and accepts herself unconditionally and enjoys to the fullest every minute that life gives us.
