Dr. Anne Whitehouse

I’m Dr Anne Whitehouse, author of ‘Pull Back Your Power,’ a PhD scientist turned Female Power Alchemist, and a subconscious transformation expert.

I’ve been on quite a life-journey. I started out as an academic high-flyer, studying at Jesus College, Cambridge University, gaining a PhD in metallurgy, then onto a Post-doctoral Research Fellowship, and then I became a university lecturer (college professor) in engineering. I was set on the path of a brilliant scientific career. However, in that male-dominated world, I came up against the ‘Boys’ Club’ and everything went wrong – stress, anxiety and lack of confidence, which spiralled down into burnout and chronic fatigue.

This took me on a journey deep into the subconscious world to find out what had caused my extreme reaction in a career for which I was so eminently qualified. This gave me a deep understanding of subtle energies, hidden power dynamics and the ability to transform the darkest of experiences. I also discovered exactly how women’s power is suppressed by the status quo, and how this undermines professional women, causing low self-confidence, imposter syndrome and anxiety. After 20 years of research, I also found the solution to freeing ourselves, which you can read for yourself in my book.

So was born my ‘Female Power Alchemy’ modality. From Metallurgist to Alchemist – quite a transformation!

I know what it feels like to be disregarded despite my intelligence and qualifications, to have people assign status and credibility to my husband and totally ignore me, simply because I’m female. I’ve been talked over in meetings and had men steal my ideas. I’ve had men ‘cross the line’ and think it’s ok.  I’ve lost both my health and my scientific career because I couldn’t thrive in the male default status quo world.

Then the worst  – in 2014 I suffered the sudden, unexplained death of my daughter, Rebecca, at the age of 7.

But I’ve also transformed these experiences, and come out stronger, wiser, with the understanding that is helping many women unlock profound confidence and soaring success, and the passion to ensure that other women aren’t undermined the way I was.

I know that we women are strong, brilliant and gifted, but I also know the world is still programmed against us. We’ve been forced to suppress our true power and brilliance and told we had to conform to be admitted to that world.

Let’s be clear though, it’s not about hating men.  Far from it. We have simply inherited a subconscious operating system from the past and this causes many problems. We need both enlightened male and female power, complementing one another. The goal is to bring the subconscious energies into alignment for both women and men, so that power becomes balanced and enlightened for us all.

I’m both a scientist and an intuitive. I’m both an energy healer and a thought leader. I’m a pioneer who isn’t afraid to push the boundaries. I believe that nothing is impossible, we just need to unlock those powers within our minds.

I help women to transcend the boys’ club mentality of the workplace, and achieve ultimate success by awakening their ancient powers as a ‘secret sorceress’. Let’s take our female magic into the boardroom!
