With over 34 years of experience as a chiropractor, I have dedicated my career to helping people move freely and live without pain. As a trusted healthcare professional, I specialize in the connection between musculoskeletal health and life transitions, with a particular focus on women’s health during menopause. I understand the unique challenges women face during this stage, from joint stiffness and back pain to hormone-related changes in the body.
Beyond my clinical experience, my goal is to empower women to navigate this phase of life with confidence. My evidence-based approach combines personalized chiropractic care with recommendations on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments, helping not only to relieve pain but also to improve overall quality of life.
I am a member of the Australian Chiropractors Association and serve on the committee for Continuing Professional Development. Along with my business partner of 30 years, I run Northcote Chiropractic Centre and Essendon Health and Sports, where we lead a team of experienced chiropractors and myotherapists. Through my writing, I aim to educate women on the importance of proactive musculoskeletal health during menopause, encouraging them to take control of their well-being.
