From a young age I have followed an innate fascination for dance and conscious movement and the profound healing it can bring to us.
I am a globally renowned and highly sought-after professional dancer with a passion and expertise in movement based healing and self -development. In 2006 I moved to India with my two small children where I worked for eleven years performing for Bollywood celebrities and corporate groups, whilst studying with Masters of Sacred cultural dances, Tantra, Shamanism, Trance and Energy healing techniques.
Following this I lived in Bali for two years and then Bulgaria for three years where I opened Sirius, a retreat centre. During these intense years of self-remembering I discovered Sufi whirling, Gurdjieff movements, Osho dynamic meditation, Inner Dance, classical dances of India and Nepal and experienced profound spontaneous kundalini awakenings.
I recently deepened my whirling studies in Turkey with a wonderful Sheikh aligned with the lineage of Rumi. I was the first woman that he has taught in the Mevlana tradition and he shared many little-known wisdoms with me.
My ongoing studies and life experience have guided me to birth a new and unique kind of alchemical dance therapy called Awakened Bellydance. It is a multi-faceted, transformative, self-awakening process which heightens awareness of the body, mind and emotions bringing you home to Your Divinity.
I have extensive experience as an Inner Dance Facilitator/trainer, Reiki Master/Teacher, Access Bars trainer, Body worker, Yoga teacher and energy worker. My natural, intuitive ability to hold space is testament to my commitment and a wealth of experience facilitating dance and energy-based workshops globally.
I am currently living, working and traveling in Egypt studying the esoteric mysteries of the temples, the ancient Egyptians and evolving Awakened Bellydance.
