My first passion: children and education.

For 19 years I worked as a Pre-school and Philosophy for Children teacher in different schools in Bogotá-Colombia, my homeland.Living my day-to-day amid the laughter, games, questions and spontaneity of children, nurtured me and made me happy for a long time. Later, the wonderful twists and turns that life takes, brought me to Mexico, a country that has welcomed me with open arms.

Here, I discovered my second passion: accompanying and facilitating change processes.

My interest in personal and spiritual development led me to study different healing methods, including Thetahealing®, a technique that captivated me several years ago and that has led me to learn, practise and teach it, introducing it in Colombia and Peru, countries where there are now hundreds of practitioners.

As a result of the continuous interest in expanding my knowledge and extending the processes of awareness, I have managed to weave in a subtle way, concepts of different formations, which together with my experience, have given structure and support to the work I do today, accompanying and inspiring others to achieve changes in their lives, facilitating them to connect through the energy of love, with their own wisdom and essence, both in individual consultations and in the workshops that I teach.

My intention is to encourage more and more people to look inward, achieve conscious healing processes and a greater connection with their true Self.

In the same way, it has been a wonderful experience for me to accompany mature women, interested in living this stage of life in a serene, peaceful and loving way, with the calm of the wise woman and the fire of the body that sometimes burns, but that brings that drive and passion for life.
