Mary Lynn Parnell

My name is Mary Lynn and I’m a passionate consultant and trainer specializing in leadership development, team collaboration, facilitating polarizing conversations, and intercultural agility. With a focus on empowering people, I offer comprehensive training programs that deal with leading yourself, leading others and then the more complex, leading with others. In leading others and leading with others, I not only focus on the how we lead but through which lens and the impact it has on multicultural and multiethnic landscapes. I teach tools and facilitate programs and learning environments to help us all be a little kinder and that much more gracious to someone who is not quite like us. I am a mom of 5 amazing children ranging from the ages of 5 to 17.

I’m passionate about so many things, but some of my top things are coming along side women in particular and walking alongside them to reach their full potential in all aspects of life. I have recently launched a professional network for entrepreneurial women. I am big on community, and host lots of events to bring communities together. I am woman of faith and believe that our deepest values fuel how we and why we show up in the ways we do.

For me, life is truly about the journey, the learning, the growing and the flourishing. Being our very best selves to live the very best life. Full of purpose and joy.
