General Practitioner specialized in women's holistic health
My name is Natalia Salas, and I am a general practitioner specialized in women’s health from a holistic perspective.
I have had two great passions in my life: dance and medicine.
I started dancing at the age of 5, something very typical at that time, where girls would go to ballet and boys would play soccer or basketball. I loved dancing, and classical dance taught me many of the values that I have imparted to my children: discipline, perseverance, delicacy, effort, solidarity, empathy, and I could go on filling many lines like this.
As far as medicine is concerned, I believe that from a very young age, I had a clear understanding that my mission in this life was to help others. That’s why I studied Medicine: because without health, nothing else matters.
However, when I finished, I realized that I couldn’t fit into a system that “separates,” analyzing a person in parts, forgetting the whole.
That’s why I decided to start my training in the so-called alternative therapies; I prefer to call them complementary therapies. With them, I could treat the person as a whole, not leaving out any “part.” Because I wanted to practice Medicine with a capital M, where any technique that could be beneficial for the person is embraced. That was my Hippocratic oath.
My mission is to assist women in overcoming the challenges of menopause in a holistic and natural way, so they can turn this stage into the best time of their lives, with freedom, vitality, and purpose.
