“I love the Emotional Woman, the one who, without warning overflows like a river with the very force of nature. The notorious, the unpredictable, the one who jumps into the void.”
I love the Wild Woman, the one with the raw instinct, the primitive woman, the one who takes care of her young, the one who lives in caves, the one with the sharp teeth and the bare feet.
I love the Working Woman, the one who looks for her livelihood, the one who sustains herself, the one who goes out into a world, often hostile, with a wide smile, feeling valuable.
I love the Mother Woman, who allowed me to experience the magic of creation, the universe growing and expanding within my womb.
I love the Girl Woman, the one who plays, the one who laughs, the one who sometimes cries when she dreams of monsters that live under her bed.
I love the Conscious Woman, the one who observes, the one who “breathes” and brings me to the present moment at every moment, creating an invisible bridge between the Being and the heart.
I love the Witch Woman who connects me with the shadow and its magic. The Angel Woman who turns on my infinite light.
I love Medicine Woman, the one who heals herself, because she knows better than anyone what she needs at that moment. The one who hugs herself, the one who cares for herself, the one who pampers herself, the one who feels the memory of the world making its way on her body.
I love the Warrior Woman who, sword in hand, fights for her dreams. And the Hero Woman who creates her reality, aware that dragons are not obstacles, but dreams to be achieved.
Therefore, I love and honor each of the women who live outside of me. Those of flesh and blood, who every day get up, sometimes with much desire … others with less … but they get up. They look in the mirror, and recognize themselves and continue to walk the thin line that separates the world they long for from the one they live in, carrying a smile and a woman’s body as their flag.
Every so often we identify only with a part of ourselves and then we put aside the wonderful range of nuances that we are, all those women that make us up and allow us to display our imprint in this world. Recognizing and valuing ourselves allows us to live life fully. Loving ourselves with all our vital circumstances allows us to open ourselves to our best version.
Recognize all the women who live in you, recover your strength and put it at the service of your life.
