Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• The full pay (398 US$) is a final sale. Meaning it’s not refundable.
• In case of a major cause (country closes, general lockdown, weather conditions, etc.) not allowing Grace of No Age to proceed with the experience (meaning we cancel at our end), you will be reimbursed the full amount of your total payment.

 

Travelling and Insurance:

• Travel and Health Insurance are strongly recommended. If you decide not to have it, we won’t be held accountable for anything that happens to you. 
• We recommend that your flight is refundable or allow cancellation. In case you chose a non-refundable flight, we won’t be held accountable.
• You need to get your VISA or any other documents you require to enter Spain on your own.
• You are responsible for any Antigens / PCR tests you need to enter Spain or to return to your country.
  • We will provide information about where to have your test in Spain, for your return flight.

 

Bringing products, medicines, or drugs into Spain:

• Make sure you don’t bring any illegal products/medicines to Spain. Doing so may incur big fines or even jail time. If you do, we won’t be held accountable for any of it.
• Any special medication needs to be put in the checked-in luggage. If you need it during your flight, you cannot bring only the tablets; you need to take your prescription and something to show what it is (box, information about the medicine).

• The experience will be conducted in English and Spanish.
